From the marvellous to the magnificent, from the sensational to the spectacular, over 600 Stunning Kit and Replica sports cars will be lining up at the 2008 European Kit & Car Builder Show at The Kent County Showground, Detling, near Maidstone on Saturday and Sunday 12th and 13th April, 10 am - 5 pm each day.

To celebrate 18 years of event history one of the UK's biggest kit car shows will return to welcome 2008 to the magnificent Kent Pavilion. Now in its fourth year this exhibition hall will provide a stunning show-case, glass walled, airy, warm and magnificent enough to flaunt all of the eye catching glamour of the Kit car industry. Visitors will be able to meander through both halls in comfort and enjoy all of the brilliant cars on display. This year's show has some previews of amazing new models and designs and marks the organizer, John Cooke's, 57th show. This anniversary event looks set to be a record breaker with more manufacturers, new cars and entertainment than ever before!

With over 40 manufacturers, 50 trade stands, 30 kit car clubs, great food, quad rides and children's funfair, ample free parking and over 400 privately owned kit cars, the show is sure to be a fantastic day out for any car enthusiast great or small!

With top manufacturers like Robin Hood, Sebring, Tifosi, Deauville, Quantum Sports Cars, Beauford Cars, and Pilgrim attending the event, the show is set to be a motoring extravaganza, with many new models and a wide range of design and performance to suit every taste and ambition.

There are several South East manufacturers taking part including, Hawk Cars from Frant, Aeon Sportscars of Marden, Blaze and Cranbrook Kitcars, GKD all local to Kent.

Other leading companies include, Raw Engineering, Tiger Racing, Magnam Sportscars, Adrenaline, Tonic, MK Sportscars - over 40 top names will be there.

WESTFIELD will be entertaining us with a Slalom event outside and a stunning display inside showing off their new car.

A large club presence out side will ensure the enthusiast see plenty of private kit cars as well as 6 clubs inside the halls to include the Cobra Replica Club, Register Quantum O/C, Robin Hood O/C, Nostalgia Sports Car club. and of course the big Kent Kit Car Club, as well as a sprinkling of HOT RODS from the Invicta Roadsters club.

To add to the many motoring attractions, there will be some heart stopping entertainment from a professional stunt rider NEIL PORTER thrilling the crowds with his incredible wheelies, smokies and explosive action-packed motorcycle stunts.
