Classics at Prescott 8th / 9th May 2010

As in Previous years, Cheltenham Cleve Vale Rotary Club are organising a 2 day event at the famous Prescott Hill Climb.
Saturday 8th May 2010 a 60 mile Tour of the Cotswolds. Starting at Prescott and finishing back at Prescott for afternoon tea. Entry Fee for the tour is £15 per vehicle.

Sunday 9th May 2010  is devoted to display and driving the famous hill, with passengers if you wish, in marshalled UN-TIMED runs. Un-timed runs eliminate the need for crash helmets and the full gamut of safety equipment. However vehicles must have a valid road tax, MOT and insurance documentation. The Paddock entry fee is £46 per vehicle, including 2 runs up the hill and a souvenir programme. Entries are limited to 200. Additional runs, if available, will be £5.

There will be a static display in The Orchard of vintage and special vehicles including motorcycles.  For those who wish, there will be gentle cavalcades up the hill to enhance the display and presentation of your vehicle.  The Orchard [static] entry fee is £18  per car which includes all passengers, a free programme and at least one  cavalcade  drive up the hill.

On Sunday, spectators are welcome at £15 per car with free car parking, souvenir programme and pedestrian access to the Paddock

We plan to take space in The Paddock as last year. Entries are limited so early booking is a priority. If you are interested in this event please contact The Club Chariman
